I'm amazed it's lasted so long. I haven't been there (partner's "turd in bowl" description of "toad in the hole" was enough to put me off) but most people who've mentioned going also rule out going back…

Perhaps they pull in enough passing tourists, en route from casino to Skydeck, to eliminate the need to entice return visitors.

I've been there once and never went back again. I think they do have gimmicky stuff like lucky draws to draw in the crowd as well. Sorry but not my cup of tea.

I'm always lamenting the lack of good restaurants at Southgate.

I've eaten at World Bar a few times & never blown away by its food but it is just buzzing all the time. I guess some owners just know how to attract people.

Try Left Bank next time.
